Lead time: All products on our website are made to order and are usually delivered within a 2-3 week lead time.
Delivery is usually made by carrier with the product either 'knock-down' or packed fully assembled, depending on the model selected and boxed individually. This is an all day ground floor delivery service.
Assembly instructions are always included and no tools are required for assembly of the majority of our chairs. Where tools are required, these are included within the chair packaging.
Delivery is free of charge on all orders to UK mainland addresses, excluding Scotland and Highlands and Islands. Please contact us for confirmation of delivery charges to any of these areas.
