Lead time - All products on our website are made to order and are usually
delivered within a 2-3 week lead time.
Delivery is usually made by carrier with the product 'knock-down' and boxed individually. This is an all day ground floor delivery service.
Asssembly instructions are always included and no tools are required for assembly of the chairs.
Delivery is free of charge on all orders to UK mainland addresses, excluding Scotland and Highlands and Islands. Please contact us for confirmation of delivery charges to any of these areas.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we have a Returns Policy in place.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of your order for either an exchange or refund guaranteed within 30 days of cancellation. This applies to the purchase of a single chair or product shown in our store – if you are unsure and want to order a larger quantity then please order one chair initially to try it out.
If you contact us within 7 days all we ask is that your purchase is returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging - at your cost. If you are not able to arrange a suitable carrier then we can do this for you but will charge you before the chair is collected. Good cannot be returned to us without the prior approval of Oxford Seating.
Goods that are made to order to your requirements such as non-standard fabrics or colours and are not stock items cannot be returned; these items will be marked on your invoice.
In the event that your purchase arrives damaged in transit then please let us know immediately. A replacement part or chair will be sent as soon as possible – please e-mail us for a Returns address.
We promise to handle any problems you may have promptly and fairly always acknowledging a complaint within two working days and always notifying you of the timescale involved and our progress.
